Miami’s First Supertall Skyscraper: The Waldorf Astoria Miami

Welcome to The Waldorf Astoria Miami! The Waldorf Astoria Miami is a supertall skyscraper of nine spiraling glass cubes and this is Miami’s first super-tall skyscraper.

It will also become the tallest building south of New York City. The Waldorf Astoria Miami is being developed by Greybrook Realty Partners and the well-known PMG – the Property Markets Group. This skyscraper is set to complete in 2026 with groundbreaking happening summer 2022.

The building has 9 cubes; cubes 1-3 will have all the hotel space, and cubes 4-9 will be exclusive to condo owners, and cube 9 will be specifically home to the Waldorf Astoria penthouse collection. This building also consists of 360 residential condos and a 5-star hotel with over 200 guest rooms.
